MSLU takes part in the III Conference of Rectors of Arab and Russian Universities

The 3d Conference of Rectors of Arab and Russian Universities took place in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Participating in it on behalf of MSLU were First Vice-Rector Larisa Petruchak and Irina Shokina, Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Internationalization.

The Conference became a platform that united 30 universities from Russia and 20 universities from the Arab world including UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Palestine, Algeria, Yemen and Iraq. The MSLU representatives took part in a session called "Strategies of international academic cooperation and youth interaction programs in the field of professional training, joint events and sports programs: experience of Russian and Arab universities". The forum resulted in several agreements to establish partnerships with leading Arab universities.
