MSLU at the Russia-Africa Forum

The MSLU delegation visited the Second Russia-Africa Summit and Economic and Humanitarian Forum, which took place on July 27-28, 2023 in St. Petersburg.

The university representatives participated in the event in two capacities: besides attending the proceedings of its various sections, a large team of professors and graduates of the Interpreting and Translation Faculty and the Program of Translator Training for Work in International Organizations provided translation services at the summit and forum in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

The Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum was organized to promote Russian-African cooperation and identify new prospects for its development which has a wide range of forms and directions and goes far beyond economic interaction. The Forum held open discussions, a large exhibition and many business meetings.
