Ibn Sina Foundation at the Center for Language and Literature of Iran at MSLU

On November 23, students of the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting and the Institute of International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences met with representatives of the Sadra Publishing House of the Ibn Sina Foundation at the Center for Language and Literature of Iran.

The Foundation brings together representatives of the scientific and student community studying aspects of Islamic culture, science and philosophy. Over the past 15 years, the foundation has published more than 400 books devoted to the study of Islamic culture.

The 1st and 2nd year students talked with Seyed Nasser, the vice-president and general director of the Tabai Foundation, who made a presentation on the organization’s activities. The Foundation donated dozens of books to MSLU and expressed its readiness to publish translations and works on Iranian studies, and will also provide translations of Iranian films for screening in Russia. The Foundation is also ready to conduct scientific and educational events at our base and donate works in Persian to MSLU for writing term papers and diplomas.
