MSLU and Allameh Tabataba`i University

On December 6, 2023, MSLU and Allameh Tabataba`i University (ATU, Iran) had a meeting in a mixed format - in person and online. MSLU part was headed by Vice-Rector for International Affairs Vladimir Storozhev, and ATU was represented by the Vice-Rector for Science Davud Hosseinpour, while other representatives joined online.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss the comprehensive view at prospects for the joint educational program “Foreign Regional Studies”. The parties discussed the language of instruction and the focus of the program, as well as the need to optimize the curriculum of the programs for the students to get credits. During the meeting, both sides put forward some proposals for joint research projects. The parties expressed confidence in further fruitful cooperation and their intention to continue working towards the successful implementation of the program, which is an important milestone in cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
