Double Degree Programme with the University of Pisa

MSLU and the University of Pisa (Italy) have concluded a Cooperation Agreement on Establishment and Implementation  of a Joint Educational double degree programme  in “Linguistics”.

The joint educational program is designed for MSLU post-graduate students majoring  in master degree programmes “Technical Translation” and “Translation and Interpreting Studies”.

MSLU rector Irina Kraeva and rector of the University of Pisa Paolo Maria Mancarelli noted that the signing of the new agreement was undoubtedly another important step towards strengthening cultural, scientific and academic ties between the two universities. Earlier, our universities signed an Agreement of Intent.

The University of Pisa has replenished a number of partner universities with which MSLU collaborates on a double-degree program. For bachelors there is a program with the University of Granada (Spain) in "Translation and Interpreting Studies", for masters - the New Bulgarian University in "Hospitality Business", Allame Tabatabai University (Iran) in “Foreign regional studies” and “Linguistics”. MSLU and the New Bulgarian University intend to sign son a respective agreement on “Linguistics” and “Information Security”.
