MSLU students took 8 out of 10 prizes in the competition within the framework of the Model UN

Far East State University is hosting the Model UN in December. 8. MSLU students took part in the pre-Model UN competition of essays and motivation letters. The participants had to write an essay based on the agenda of the UN committee in which they will take part. For example, Victoria Tuchina wrote an essay on “The World Bank. Infrastructure. Solomon Islands Rural Development Project ". Eight out of the 10 winners of the competition are students of the Moscow State Linguistic University. Almost all of them are students of the Programme for preparing interpreters and translators for international organizations and the UN competitive language exams.

We congratulate the winners and hope they will win also at the at the Far East State University Model UN. The winners will be eligible to participate in the National Model UN 2021 in New York, USA, and a number of meetings with representatives of international organizations in Russia and the USA.
